This article discusses various data available in the scientific literature on the Zaxariinskij parimejnik written in 1271. This unique, ancient Russian manuscript has repeatedly attracted the attention of scholars interested in the peculiarities of Slavic and Greek parimejniks, as well as in the analysis of Boris and Gleb problems due to particular embedded paroemias about certain events in Russian history. Nonetheless, a complex linguo-textological analysis of this earliest copy of the Old Russian parimejnik is still of relevance. In a separate section, questions surrounding the publication of this manuscript are investigated.
