Résumé
Habituellement, le biologiste encadre la manipulation du cathéter (KT) de transfert embryonnaire (TE), défini par le clinicien, en : (i) choisissant le(s) embryon(s) à transférer selon leur qualité, (ii) chargeant les embryons et (iii) s’assurant de l’absence de retour d’embryons après le geste, tout en qualifiant la difficulté de celui-ci à l’aide de critères objectifs (présence de sang sur le KT, durée du transfert, changement de matériel, utilisation d’une pince de Pozzi). Cela lui permet de collecter des datas qui renseigneront sur les principaux paramètres d’intérêt du TE (combien et quel(s) embryon(s), quand transférer, pour qui, par qui, avec quel matériel et selon quelles modalités ...), permettant ainsi d’optimaliser cette procédure.
