IR multiple photon absorption (MPA) of SF6 in flow with Ar (SF6: Ar=1:100) in conditions of alarge vibrational/rotational temperature difference (TV230K, TR60K) was studied at moderate energy fluences from 0.1 to 100mJ/cm2, which are of interest for isotope selective two-step dissociation of molecules.
