Bangladesh earns most of the export revenue from the textile sector. So, quality and cost must maintain to be kept the same the earning from garments export. Sizing is the most important process for the fabric manufacturing process. There is a scope of reducing cost by controlling wastage. The first time used sizing sludge was reused as reset sizing liquor on the weaver’s beam, tried to see how many varied effects from new sizing sludge to reusable sizing sludge. After that chemical, viscosity, size take up % get some variation from here, but there are few variations, it does not affect and cannot any type of hamper in fabric quality as well as production in the loom. Drainage of reset sizing liquor to the hampers our environment. If it can be reused the reset, may be very helpful for our environment also which is very sustainable. It has been seen that both new sizing sludge and reset sizing sludge have the same effect on fabric quality and production. So, the use of reset sizing sludge is very helpful for both cost-reducing and environmental effects. This research will be a great achievement of textile weaving mill to reduce cost, chemical, water, process, manpower, and machine without hampering any quality of woven fabric.
