We present a real-time single-channel 100-Gbit/s QPSK transmission using a photonics-based 300-GHz-band wireless link, which is the highest data rate ever reported by an analog coherent receiver without digital signal processing (DSP). For this, a new technique to stabilize a phase of 300-GHz-band carrier signal is proposed and successfully demonstrated.
