In this paper, we propose a novel Volterra-based behavioral model for RF power amplifiers implemented through using a function of system's order(p) with sum of the memory length. The parameters of this model can be extracted in digital domain since the model is analyzed based on the envelope signals. This model enables a substantial reduction in the number of parameters involved, and good accuracy.
