This study aimed to assess the enterprise value of tourism industry. Data of financial statement from 2009 to 2013 was analyzed with the base date on 31 December, 2013. Sensitivity Analysis Method was conducted to convey the effect of each value driver on the promotion of enterprise value. This study found that the fundamental value of Lion Travel agent was NT$ 71.25 while the stock price at the evaluated date was NT$ 126, and the fundamental value of the Phoenix Tours agent is NT$ 45.55 while the stock price at the evaluated date was NT$ 57.7. In addition, the important rankings of the key value drivers of the tourism industry were gross profit margin, change of capital expenditure, revenue growth ratio, capital expenditure ratio, and credit policy, respectively. Therefore, this study suggested that the management should pay more attention to the key value drivers of gross profit margin and change of capital expenditure in the tourism industry.
