The analysis of determining and evaluating the target market is very important in the electric consumer market. In this article, an evaluation model of the electric consumer market is built in analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is an integrated evaluation method combined with qualitative and quantitative method. It illustrate that the model based on AHP in the power industry is advantage in efficiency and simplification of the analysis process through detailed empirical analysis and application of the theory in this paper. It could support the scientific decision-making of power enterprises.
