Regions with field-aligned currents in auroral magnetosphere can be responsible for an excitation of a strong plasma turbulence. That results in a development of stationary nonlinear structures with intensive electric field. The action of such structures on charged particles are studied taking into account slight inhomogeneity of magnetic field. Solutions of stationary kinetic equation for particle distribution function are found. The estimate of energy shows that a strong plasma turbulence can effectively accelerate charged particles of both signs. Electrons moves almost along magnetic field while ion distributions are strongly anisotropic. Investigations are important for understanding both the flux distribution of energetic particles at high latitudes and the global energy budget in the auroral magnetosphere.
