This study was conducted to investigate the Coleopterous fauna as a part of association survey of Korean Biodiversity Consortium in Ulleungdo Island in 2012. As a result, Total of 32 species and 13 families of Coleoptera were identified and among them, 9 species are reported for the first time in Ulleungdo Island.
Two species of genus Nudaria Haworth, N. fasciata Moore, 1878 and N. phallustortens Holloway, 2001, are reported for the first time from China. The adult and genital characters of the two species are briefly redescribed, with illustrations and distributional data given.

Three hydrophilid species [Agraphydrus ishiharai (Matsui), Crenitis primorica Hebauer, and Laccobius formosus Gentili] are identified for the first time in Korea. We also found that Laccobius fragilis Nakane previously recorded in Korea was an incorrect identification of L. formosus. Habitus photographs, diagnoses, and diagnostic characters with illustrations of the species are provided.
The annotated checklist of hermit crabs occurring in the Indian waters has been compiled based on published literature and specimens collected by us along the Indian coastline from 2010 to 2016. Netelia (Amebachia) rasilella Konishi and Netelia (Amebachia) yoshimatsui Konishi are reviewed and illustrated based on South Korean specimens. These two species and the subgenus Amebachia are recorded for the first time from South Korea.
