Un projet d’accueil individualisé (PAI) est mis en place pour l’enfant ou l’adolescent atteint de maladies chroniques, d’allergie et d’intolérances alimentaires. Dans le cas spécifique de l’allergie alimentaire, nous sommes en tant qu’allergologues généralement sollicités par les familles pour initier les PAI avec comme responsabilité de préciser le ou les allergènes en cause, de définir la nature de l’exclusion et d’établir un plan d’action (traitement, mesures à prendre) en fonction des symptômes. Cependant, nous sommes régulièrement alertés par les familles sur des difficultés à la mise en place des PAI.De façon à identifier ces problèmes, nous avons proposé, à l’échelle de la région Centre Val-de-Loire et avec le soutien de la SAICO, la réalisation d’une table ronde en décembre 2015 avec l’ensemble des acteurs concernés : associations de parents d’élèves ou de malades, médecins allergologues, médecins traitants, médecins scolaires, responsables de collectivités, de cantines scolaires, d’accueils périscolaires, responsables des sociétés de restauration scolaire et responsables politiques.Les 80 participants qui ont participé à la table ronde ont répondu préalablement à un questionnaire en ligne au moment de leur inscription. Le jour J, ils ont travaillé en groupes sur les problèmes identifiés par l’enquête en ligne et, en fin de journée, les groupes ont restitué leurs discussions en réunion plénière. Les principales difficultés identifiées sont liées à la multitude des acteurs qui interviennent, à la faible communication entre tous ces acteurs et à une formation insuffisante du personnels des collectivités, notamment pour les injections d’adrénaline.Il apparaît ainsi qu’une formation spécifique soit nécessaire. Les modalités pratiques sont en cours d’élaboration par un réseau qui s’est auto-constitué avec les protagonistes de cette table ronde.La principale difficulté est liée à une formation insuffisante notamment des personnels des collectivités.
