Information plays a significant role in sales centre management of the industrial enterprise. The article deals with the causal complexity of numerous information used in the management process, the necessity and possibility of reasonable utilisation of information in planning, as well as with finding the causes of information deviations revealed during the process of control.
The article presents the opinions of entrepreneurs of smali and micro-companies on the climate for running business in Poland. In spite of positive macroeconomic figures, entrepreneurs' opinions on the state of national economy are far from optimistic. Not only personal predispositions strengthened in the process of human being's socialisation are the source of workaholism, but also external factors.
