Praca przedstawia wprowadzenie do diagnozy kilku rodzajów współczynników liczbowych, które w oparciu o widma prądów i strumienia poosiowego określają ilościowo poziomy podstawowych rodzajów ekscentryczności.
Reliable diagnostics of induction machines, in addition to investigating the condition of the Winding insulation, their symmetry and continuity and the condition of the core and vibrations as well, should also take into account the possible eccentric position of the rotor relative to the stator axis. Eccentricity has an impact on bearing wear, the level of mechanical vibrations due to unbalanced magnetic tension forces, the risk of winding insulation due to transmission of vibrations at a frequency of kHz, and in extreme cases it may result in rub of the rotor against the stator surface and destruction of the machine's windings and thermal damage to the core package. The work presents an introduction to the diagnosis some types of indicators - numerical coefficients that, based on the current and axial flux spectra, quantify the levels of basic eccentricity types. Several examples of measurements in the industry and laboratory show changes in these indicators due to the increasing degree of eccentricity. This method makes it possible to detect changes of this phenomenon in time and determine its trend.
