Different researchers show that temperature close to the borehole in winter drops quickly in the first years, only to stay more or less stable over the next years. In summer time, initial temperatures are not achieved again, hut temperature drop is decreasing from year to year. In the numerical simulation, a complete recovery will occur only after an indefinitely long time period; nevertheless the remaining temperature deficit 25 years after the operation is stopped, is only in the order of 0.1 K. Because beat recovery from boreholes could disturb the heat properties of ground, in Institute for Buildings Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture research have been undertaken to bring back this balance. The aim of research of system which included energy roof, deep litter and ground boreholes was to define efficiency of heat delivery/recovery to and from boreholes in aspects of hydrogeotermal processes near boreholes. System of boreholes (without energy roof) was investigated in first stage of research. Investigation was conducted from 26.01.2007 to 16.03.2007. Amount of heat from boreholes and beat sent to the central heating system were measured. In investigated period gained 5.834 GJ of heat energy (1620.56 kWh) as compared to electric energy input on the level of 447.1 kWh. Relation of the input energy to the gained energy was 3.6 (COP).
