The article presents methods of gathering entry data for projecting corporate motivation systems. Based on the quantity method (Archimedes' Spiral) significance criteria of 16 motivators have been defined. Taken into account results of questionnaires and analysis of motivation system of a service enterprise, factors of an effective motivation system have been determined.
