The digitalisation of many key business activity aspects makes IT data the crucial point of business functioning. Quality systems on one hand support IT infrastructure management but on the other hand quality systems themselves are increasingly based on IT solutions. In the article the author presents the new real problems in interpreting ISO 9000 system demands in effective quality system management in the business organisation.
