The paper presents changing role of project manager in dependence of change of organizational structure, in frames which project is realized. The presented process of evolution in direction to full power of project manager, was leaning on introductions four the principal structures: functional, matrix (together with her changes: weak, balanced as well as strong), team and clean organic structures.
