Transformations in the architecture of human resources are usually primitive in character, resulting in their demeaning or even destruction. However, observations from economic practice demonstrate a very broad range of possibilities. Hard times do not necessarily mean negative changes in architecture. This article presents various examples that might prove useful for Polish managers as the inspiration for more creative and concentrated activity, activity that makes it possible to maintain the course on the way to success, even in stormy times!
