This article presents the principles and manner of awarding bonuses to employees active in the consulting field. The introduction gives an overview of typical solutions in the area of employee remuneration in the discussed companies. Also examined are the most frequent errors made in providing consulting employees with bonuses. Principles and criteria are defined for the effective awarding of bonuses in consulting. The final section presents a proposed proprietary system for awarding bonuses to employees in the consulting field.
