Feliks Biały lived from 1875 to 1943. He was a general practitioner in Rybnik. He was born in Greater Poland. He settled in Rybnik, in Upper Silesia, in 1904. He became a leader of the Polish national movement in Rybnik. He participated in the Silesian Uprisings and the plebiscite campaign. He contributed to the return of the Rybnik land to the Polish state after the First World War. Feliks Biały made his mark by his professional and social work in Rybnik.
