Methodology of application of methods of fractal growth of crystals in fuzzy potential field of attractiveness for prognostication of socio-economic processes has been offered. Methods of construction of fuzzy potential field of attractiveness has been considered. Methods of modification and integration of classic methods of fractal growth: diffusely limited aggregation and 'casual rain' with the theory of molecular dynamics has been offered. The offered methodology got approval during prognostication of geometrical structure of settlements. The obtained structures correlate well with experimental information got by modern GIS-technologies.
