The aim of this paper is to present diagnoses of Polish organizational culture. Presented research results cover existing and preferred organizational culture as found among the managerial staff of the Polish companies. Perceptions of Polish organizational culture by Ukrainian, German, and British respondents are also discussed. The conclusions of the research include directions for future change in organizational culture.
