Based on the corporate values of the international 'Bombadier Transportation', the objective of this article is to present selected elements of the human resource management system. This text presents the importance of such values as impeccable honesty, a commitment to excellence, customer orientation, and focus on shareholders. Application of the such organizational standards finds expression in the implementation of such HR solutions as a code of ethics, the six–sigma program, the performance management program, the appraisal system, leaders' succession planning, and employee opinion polls. Such an approach in the described organization results in a continuous process of structural and organizational transformation serving personnel management in the company.
