The aim of the article is presentation of results of authors' empirical research referring to a practical implementation of the principle of constant improvement. It shows importance of the management improvement process and presents the improving and correctional model which helps in practical support of implementation of the ISO 9001 rules.This assures the bettering of the existing company management system and optimizing of the level of relation between factors having an impact on a company's functioning.
