The aim of the article is to show the behavior of Polish enterprises in the implementation of innovative knowledge after receipt of EU support. On the grounds of the staff participation in enterprise management, the transfer of knowledge on necessary process and product innovations, the influence of communication on the atmosphere in the organization and on perception of the competitive position by the personnel have been examined.
