Borderland is a very specific region. Its specificity is primarily due to the uniqueness of relationships and social ties formed historically and culturally stigmatized in the minds of the residents. Te essence of the contemporary educational activities in the area of regional education should not only be the content of transfer (in various forms) but the preservation or restoration of social relations treated as a universe of moral responsibility. Ties, which generate a community characterized by interdependence of people defined, provide cooperation in the implementation of various activities related to the 'primary objective', which is to sustain the community.
