Neuroplasticity is a widespread phenomenon in the operation ofthe nervous system, and spontaneousrecovery is the norm in the early post stroke period. Plastic changes (cortical reorganization) are common and necessary for post brain injury recovery. Representations of sensory and motor cortical areasmay be modified by the inflow of environmentalstimuli duringlearning and memory processes (developmental plasticity), and post stroke compensatory plasticity, post injury. Physiotherapy strategies used during recovery process affect the spontaneous neuroplasticity.Basic assumptions were made regarding the therapeutic effectsand positive impact on the phenomenon of the nervous systemreorganization, especially in relation to Constraint-Induced Movement therapy and contextual learning. Scientific evidence suggeststhe impact of the enriched environment, according to the time of onset, number of repetitions, and knowledge of their operations, on the phenomenon of plasticity. Taub describes treatment protocol andconstitutes the cornerstone of the learned non-use syndrome, bringing closer the issue of shaping and task practice. The main objective of the described treatment is to restore spontaneousand automaticuse of the paretic limb in daily activities.The phenomenon of plasticity is largely affected by: enrichedenvironment, the distance of time from theonset, the number of repetitions, motor tasks and knowledge of their operationsas evidenced by scientific evidence. A properly carried out treatment achieves skills by allowing rehabilitation to move beyond the walls of the clinic and this contributes to the functional independence of patients
