Acute ischemia of the lower extremity during renal transplantation is a rare complication of such procedure, but if it occurs, requires immediate vascular repair.
This paper present one case of such complication that occurred during many years of renal transplantation at the Department of General and Transplantation Surgery, Public Hospital No. 4 in Lublin. Furthermore, a method to solve this problem is presented.
