Because of the improvement of optical remote sensing instrument, hyperspectral images now collect information of the ground with hundreds of wavelengths. This spectral information can be used to identify different materials, since each material should have its unique absorption spectrum. Traditionally the spectra was discriminated by measuring either the spectral distance or angle between two spectra...
To explore the effect of two different latent curing agents on the performance of anisotropic conductive adhesive (ACA), two adhesive with different latent curing agents (ACA1 and ACA2) were prepared and flexible radio frequency identification (RFID) tag inlays were assembled with them through flip chip technology. Curing profile and thermal stability of the pastes, microstructures and the bonding...
The effect of three kind latent curing agents (methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride, dicyandiamide and phenolic resin) on the performance of isotropy conductive adhesives were investigated. The thermal stability, lap shear strength, volume resistivity of ECAs were tested and the reliabillity of its application in LED was also evaluated. It was found that the ECA with MeHHPA as hardner showed the best...
This paper presents an OTS model for PCM application based on the hopping transport process, which is widely used in the organic semiconductor device simulation. In this work an equivalent hopping probability model is presented according to the Abrahams-Miller formula, meanwhile an equivalent capacitor model is presented to depict the charge distribution in the amorphous GST. By coupling the hopping...
The method of hyperspectral remote sensing has great potential in the area of offshore oil and gas exploration and marine pollution investigation. Combined with Hyperion hyperspectral satellite images and the surface geochemical data of dissolved hydrocarbons at Liaodong Bay, as well as the concentration data of chlorophyll and suspended material, The distribution of hydrocarbon over Liaodong Bay...
Machining distortion of monolithic component is one of the most striking problems that aircraft manufacturing has to face up to. A physics-based material removing process simulation in computer is approached to analyze and control machining distortion. The actual material removing process is simplified and modeled with equivalent chip of uniform thickness. With a single tool-tooth milling process...
Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy (SORS) and Transmission Raman Spectroscopy (TRS) are methods for analysing bulk turbidly scattering materials such as powders, tablets, suspensions and other chemical mixtures, and provides non-invasive measurements with high selectivity and sensitivity. They can be effectively used for non-invasive probing of the content of pharmaceutical capsules and tablet and...
The diversified market of products, brought up nowadays more and more requirements for designing, and the designs reflect the development of a society. To make a good design, one must consider various elements and factors comprehensively and make good use of them, and take market demands as the criterion. Humanization design and harmonization design should be evaluated by the people who accept the...
Most of college freshmen feel frustrated in using learning strategies when they start taking college courses. Therefore, this study developed an online workshop for learning strategies for Tamkang University freshmen to help them learn in college. This 3-year project was based on instructional design model and produced 4 units online workshop. The material was evaluated by Corporate Synergy Development...
Water and chloroform extracts of various Chinese medicinal insects were added into the medium of Ganodermasinense to investigate the effects of the extracts on production of biomass, intracellular polysaccharides (IPS), and extracellular polysaccharides (EPS). The results showed that chloroform extract of E. sinensis (CES) at 55 mg/L lead to significant increase in both biomass and IPS concentration...
BaTiO3 based ceramics were applied widely to make electronics units. But conventional processing of BaTiO3 ceramic particles relies on the solid-state reactions, by which the coarse, impure, inhomogeneous and multiphase powders were produced. In this paper, new method was used to synthesize BaTiO3 based ceramic nanopowder with the particle size 20- 90 nm by use of Ba(NO3)2 - Ti(OC4H9)4-ammonia-citric...
This paper deals with computation of the dielectric constant of BaTiO3 composites according to two computation models. The results showed that the dielectric constant epsiv of materials increases with volume of BaTiO3, which is as same as that reported. At same time, the mediate phase was proved to exist between BaTiO3 and polymer. It indicates that the mediate phase computation model is rational.
In this paper, a new branch-line coupler (BLC) is designed, which is based on the composite right/left handed transmission line structure first proposed by Itoh and Caloz. Both the theoretical analysis and the simulation results are presented in this paper. It is shown that the dimensions of CRLH-based hybrid coupler are much smaller than those of the conventional counterpart, which may find important...
