A new species of Microterys Howard (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae), M. angustus Zu, Li & Wang sp. nov., is described from China as a parasitoid of Parthenolecanium corni (Bouché) (Hemiptera: Coccidae) on Acer saccharum Marsh. and Sophora japonica Linn..
Aphytis tridentatus Gao and Li sp. nov. is described and illustrated from southwest China, and A. bangalorensis Rosen and DeBach is newly recorded from China. New distributional data for A. chionaspis Ren are also provided.
Rhopus antennalissp. nov. and R. qingdaoensissp. nov. are described as new to science and R. nigroclavatus (Ashmead, 1902) is first recorded from China. A key to all the known Chinese species of the genus also presented.
Four species of the genus Evergestis Hübner, 1816–1826 are recognized from NE China, of which E. pallidata (Hufnagel 1767) is reported for the first time from China. The adults and genitalia of the species are briefly redescribed and illustrated with their distributional ranges, host plants and biology. A key to species of the genus based on the external characters is provided.

Seven species of family Cleridae are reported from Heilongjiang Province in the present paper, including one species, Orthrius striatulus (Motschlsky), which is firstly recorded from China.
