Low-temperature-grown GaAs (LT-GaAs)-based Fabry-Pérot cavity photoconductors, designed for RF and THz optoelectronics applications using1550 nm lasers, are studied. The sub-sampling of continuous waves at frequencies up to 300 GHz is presented.
