We devised a phase stabilization technique at optoelectronic carrier generation applicable for the future THz wireless coherent transmission. Based on a 1-Gbit/s data transmission with a 12.5-GHz carrier signal, we demonstrate for the first time that our technique using a Mach-Zehnder interferometric configuration is effective not only for on-off keying signals, but also for phase-shift keying signals.
