A series of work has been published in previous papers for the long term study of Harshaw TLD LiF materials for a 24-month period. Long term study of Harshaw TLD LiF has been performed in this work. The study is carried out over a period of 24 months at storage temperatures of 0 °C, 20 °C and 40 °C using more than 3500 dosimeters.
