A CMOS current conveyor and a MOSFET-capacitor integrator are presented. High frequency integrated filters can be constructed based on this integrator. Simulation results demonstrate that a third order lowpass ladder filter can achieve a wide bandwidth up to 1.0 MHz.<<ETX>>
