Spin transport of indirect excitons in GaAs/AlGaAs CQW was observed by measuring the spatially resolved circular polarization of exciton emission. This originates from the long spin relaxation time and long lifetime of indirect excitons.
The macroscopically ordered exciton state (MOES) appears in the external exciton rings in GaAs/(Al,Ga)As coupled quantum wells below a few Kelvin. Here, we report on the experimental study of coherence, interaction and kinetics of MOES.
