Case presentation We report here an unusual presentation of pheochromocytoma with secondary amenorrhoea and its resolution after medical treatment with the alpha adrenergic blocker, Phenoxybenzamine. Conclusion Pheochromocytoma is a rare cause of secondary amenorrhoea.
