An electric field sensor was integrated by combining reflective type LiNbO 3 Mach–Zehnder modulator and segmented modulator electrode. The frequency response is flat from 750MHz to 6GHz. The average minimum detectable electric field strength is about 10mV/m. The size of the fabricated sensor is microminiaturized as small as 45×3×0.5mm 3 .
